Returns / Refund:
- For any return/refund request please contact our customer service at -f21carefe@sharafretail.com
- Returns can be made within the period of 15 days, provided the product is in UNUSED CONDITION with original packaging and labels.
- Returns can't be obtained in-store. Returns are available for pickup only (option for pickup can be subjected to charge) email to f21carefe@sharafretail.com for return instructions.
- Refund as per original payment method provided the item is accompanied by the original invoice, product tags, and no product damages.
- Refunded purchases by credit card will be transferred ONLY to the credit card account.
- Refunds will be made if the product purchased is defective or counterfeit.
- Due to their intimate nature, we do not accept returns on products like swimwear, innerwear, or intimate wear including sports bras, socks, personal care, and hygiene products.
Shipping and Timelines
- Normal Delivery 2 – 3 days subject to availability of the product
- A subsequent charge of Rm15 for delivery for any order below the amount of RM100. Items purchased at value above RM100 Delivery is free of charge
- Delivery charges are non-refundable.
